Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service to all our customers, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee. Rescheduling is always welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Service Policy Our auto glass services include windshield replacement, chip repair, ADAS recalibration, and headlight restoration. Services are provided at our shop or through mobile appointments, depending on your preference and location. Insurance Claims: We work with most insurance companies and can assist you with filing claims. Please provide accurate insurance information before your appointment. Customer Responsibility: Ensure the vehicle is clean, the workspace is accessible, and the area is safe for mobile appointments. We stand by the quality of our work. All services include a limited lifetime warranty against workmanship defects, excluding damage caused by subsequent incidents or misuse. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, or verified insurance coverage. Safety Requirements: For windshield replacements, our technicians will provide you a safe drive away time to ensure proper adhesive bonding. Thank you for choosing us for your auto glass needs!
